New PhD Dr. Wraychel Gilmore, a seasoned child and youth advocate, will have her dissertation published by Dundurn Press in 2026.

Born in Tanzania and now rooted in Richmond Hill, Dr. Shelly Khushal recently completed her PhD at OISE, earning a perfect 4.0 GPA.
