Biography
Gabrielle Forget is a PhD candidate in the Language and Literacies Education program at OISE. She is interested in French as a second language (FSL) teaching and learning in the Canadian context, and more specifically, French immersion (FI) programs in Ontario with a focus on aspects such as student goals, the development of sociolinguistic competence of learners, and factors impacting student retention and attrition.
