Suroor Mansouri’s decision to pursue a master of education degree in curriculum and pedagogy at the 91ֱ�� was shaped by nearly a decade of childcare experience and her work as an inclusion and support worker. For Mansouri, it was the conversations with professors and alumni that confirmed OISE is a place to make new and meaningful changes in her field.

Samantha Burns, Zian Zhang, Ghazal Malik, and Si Jia Wu were named the OISE-based winners of the University of Toronto Student Leadership Award in 2025.

OISE's 3rd annual Equity Symposium will engage in the theme “Mobilizing Our Knowledge to Defend Justice Outside the Walls of University.”

Erminia Pedretti, Laurie Faith, Lance T. McCready, Andrzej Szieb, and Katherine E. Entigar are receiving excellence honours from the Institute for 2025.
