PHOTOS: JICS Celebrates 100th birthday on 100th school day of the year

On Feb. 6, 2026, the Dr. Eric Jackman Institute for Child Study Laboratory School (JICS) marked its centennial birthday with celebrations with students, faculty, and staff during the 100th school day of the year.

The festivities included a lively morning show with musician and puppeteer Hugh Phillips, a performance from the Singing for Fun student group, arts and crafts with students, celebratory cupcakes, and a soca dance party.
